How long does my order take?
Everything is printed to order, so allow a few days for production, then courier delivery on top - typically 2-5 business days depending on your governorate. You'll get updates by email as your order moves.
How much is shipping?
It depends on your governorate and is shown at checkout before you place the order - no surprises at the door.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery: pay the courier when your order arrives. Card payment appears at checkout when it's available.
Can I return something?
Standard, non-personalised items: yes, within 14 days of delivery, unused and in the original box. Custom pieces can't be returned once printing starts - see Shipping & Returns for the full policy.
My print arrived damaged - what now?
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or short video. We'll reprint it as a priority and ship it free, or refund you in full - your choice.
Can you print my own design?
Very likely! Send us the idea or file via WhatsApp or the contact page and we'll tell you what it needs and what it costs.
What material are the prints made of?
Mostly PLA and PETG - sturdy, light plastics that hold detail beautifully. If a specific piece needs something different, its product page says so.
Do you ship outside Egypt?
Not yet - we currently deliver across Egypt only.
