Shipping

We ship across Egypt. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout by governorate. Because items are printed to order, please allow a few days for production before dispatch.

Standard returns (non-custom items)

Changed your mind? No problem. Standard, non-personalised items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

Just make sure the item is unused, in its original condition, and packed safely in its original box. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Custom & personalised prints

Items made to your specifications — custom names, sizes, or your own submitted files — each use materials and machine time we can't get back.

Once printing starts, custom pieces are yours to keep: they can't be cancelled, returned or refunded. Thank you for understanding.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, or the print has a defect that stops it working as intended, let us know within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo or short video of the issue.

Once we've confirmed it, we'll reprint your order as a priority and ship it free of charge — or give you a full refund. Your choice.

Cancellations

You can cancel any order for a full refund within 12 hours of placing it. After that, your order heads to our print beds and can no longer be cancelled.
